More goals!
While I fear that my writing goals may not be reached this week (yes, that's your cue to start nagging...), I need to announce other goals. I started my personal training last week, and part of the program is to share your goals with your friends and family (sound familiar?). So, my "Lifestyle changing" goals are to start exercising everyday (currently 4 days aerobic/cardio, 3 days strengthening), to be more conscious of what and how much I'm eating, and to lose weight (hopefully, 10+ lbs in the 12-week program and maybe even more after that).
I swear that these past two weeks have been the most stressful of the year, so here's hoping that the rest of the term gets better, and I am able to meet all these various goals that I keep setting for myself. Maybe I should add a decent night's sleep as a goal somewhere... What is it that They say about the road to hell again?

I worked like crazy this week (sometimes as late as 2 am!) and I did not even GET TO the grant. how depressing is that? let's both re-use our goals for this week, and change the date to FRIDAY the 16th. what do you think?
