Paradigm shifting
Long periods of flatness and inactivity often, I have found, lead to big shifts in painting methods. Which is a Good Thing – though hard to get through.

I know what you mean. I have recently had 5 weeks off away from university and have compleatly lost the focus on why i am here. I am currently analysing my work for my monography and it is really screwing me up.
