Having just cleared out over 1,000 spams, commments, and trackbacks, I've managed to remove all the valid links too 
All fixed now, but anyone who's linked here in the past, it'll need resetting unfortunately. And, more importantly, the comments will work again 
Serves me right for not watching what I'm doing and rushing things
